STT is the ONLY group coaching program you’ll need to transform your life from surviving to THRIVING. This comprehensive program will hand you everything you need to lay the foundation and build a life you love alongside your chronic illness.

So you're diagnosed with a chronic illness...

And then what?

Medical management is an essential part of chronic illness care, but what about YOU?

Your hopes. Your job. Your passions. Your LIFE.

You could be given top notch medical care and still not have a clue how the heck to live with your illness. There are very few providers out there focusing on your quality of life and how to teach you ways to cope better with your condition.

That's where I come in:

I remember how frustrated I was early on when I felt like I was left to figure it all out on my own. There was no one with the skills, tools, and resources to help me determine how I want to move forward with my life. I'm here to bridge that gap. Utilizing my experience as a physical therapist and my background in mindset work, I created the program I needed years ago.

The STT framework will:

☆ Help you progress on your acceptance journey and learn to live with your diagnosis like never before

☆ Teach you how to calm doom spirals, stay present, and manage stress levels

☆ Equip you with the foundation you need to build a daily routine that works for YOUR body long-term

☆ Educate you on chronic pain science and give you strategies you can use to reduce your pain levels over time

☆ Audit your daily life activities, providing assistance with new pacing tips and tasks you can automate to reduce your energy expenditure

☆ Enable you to begin establishing your identity after chronic illness

☆ Foster mental resilience and fortitude so you can manage the ups and downs of chronic illness with ease

...AND SO MUCH MORE!

Other courses:

  • Make lofty promises with no understanding of actually living with a chronic illness

  • Have no education on chronic pain science, ignoring an integral part of chronic illness management

  • Provide cookie-cutter approaches that are the same for everyone, whether or not it works for your body

  • Are based on "pushing through" and ignoring your symptoms which ultimately leads to burnout and/or flares

In STT, we're building lives we LOVE alongside chronic illness.

When you join STT, you receive access to:

☆ 6 jam-packed modules with 5-10 minute mini lessons so you can absorb the material at your own pace

☆ Countless worksheets, tools, and prompts to help you carve out what you'd like your life to look like

☆ Weekly group call with other members to foster community and support for 8 weeks

☆ Slack group for in-the-moment support from me and other group members in between calls

☆ Access to the modules and all course contents for 2 years

When forced to think about what my new acceptance narrative is, it feels empowering. Exciting that I could take "ownership" of my life again. It helps to shift those negative thoughts and feelings of being "stuck" to the things I can be in control of. I know I tend to be more critical of myself/situation and worry more when things get tough, which I realize is not a good mindset to have.

I really like the idea of giving your pain a "pep talk," and looking forward to using this the next time I need it! I also enjoyed how all the topics reinforce the idea that productivity doesn't equal your worth. This week I'm going to try viewing my routine in a more calm/positive manner vs being disappointed by the things I can't do.

I really got a lot out of the beginning part where you discuss routine and how routine benefits us both physically and psychologically. I have been working on sticking to a morning and evening routine as much as possible. Evenings have become a more relaxed routine that is working. I do feel that my days have been a bit calmer. I still need the reminder that I don't need to prove my productivity in some way every day. I hope to give myself more grace in this area.

Loving activate acceptance so far! Before starting this course I knew I wanted to change and work on my mindset. I no longer wanted to feel stuck and trapped by my chronic illnesses, but it all felt so overwhelming I didn't know where to start. It's halfway through and I'm already feeling like I'm gaining the tools that makes living alongside my pain feel doable. Also it's great to have a group of people that actually "get it" to connect with.

I really enjoyed the course. I was able to relate to ALL the content you had! It sucks that so many people don’t get access to this kind of stuff with chronic illnesses.

I feel your course is a great tool for those with chronic illnesses. I wish I had this 5 years ago! But better late than never.

I also love that pain science was presented in a way that it didn't blame the person for their pain. This topic is commonly misspoken about or the science is incorrectly concluded so I really like that this information was presented by someone that understands the scientific process and what quality research looks like.

I really loved how relatable it all was. It was great how you were able to make personalized examples of your experiences. It felt like you were reading my mind with each topic. I’ve never had “sick” friends who truly get it. I feel like even with my doctors, therapist, family/friends that I am the closest with I have never truly felt like I am able to just be me without the fear of being judged or just not understood. Therefore it was so nice to have something each week where I felt like I fit in, and looked forward to learning and challenging myself with each weeks’ topic.
